2. Data collected
Contact form (Book): name, email, company or organization, project type, message. This data is submitted voluntarily by the user.
Guided Flora AI form: same categories of data, plus the answers given during the conversation.
Minimal technical data generated by browsing (preferred language, light/dark theme) stored locally in the user's browser.
3. Purpose
To manage and respond to collaboration, press, event and general contact requests sent through the site.
To keep an internal record of the requests received.
Data is never used for advertising purposes or shared with third parties outside the handling of the request.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the user's consent when submitting the form and on the owner's legitimate interest in responding to incoming requests.
5. Retention
Data is kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and any professional relationship arising from it. It is deleted when no longer needed or on request.
6. Recipients
Data is processed by the owner and by the technical providers strictly needed to run the site (Cloudflare/Vercel hosting and, where applicable, the Lovable Cloud platform). No data is transferred to third parties outside this scope.
7. User rights
Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability through the Book section form.
They may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies
The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Local storage is used to remember the user's language and theme preferences. This data is not sent to any server.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated at any time. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of the document.
